Our Albatros Kaiser tarragon mustard is the classic in our range and also the Austrians’ favourite. It has been produced since 1866 according to a traditional recipe from 100% austrian mustard seed and it’s spicy-medium hot taste gives almost every dish that certain something.
This mustard belongs to sausages like the “Stephansdom” to vienna! It also goes wonderfully with any kind of meat – roasted, grilled or smoked – but also with the typical austrian “Brettljausn’”.
And because we care about the environment, our mustard is available in sustainable jars.
