Our tarragon mustard is the classic in our range and also the Austrians’ favourite. It is made according to a traditional recipe from 100% austrian mustard seed and it’s spicy medium hot taste gives almost every dish that certain something.
This mustard belongs to the sausages like St. Stephen’s Cathedral to Vienna! It also goes wonderfully with any kind of meat – roasted, grilled or smoked – but also with the typical austrian “Brettljausn'”.
Master tarragon mustard is filled in practical mini jars, which makes it perfect for hotels and restaurants. The mini jars are available in a packaging unit of 10.
